I just wanted to take a few moments to write to you to say how delighted we are at our conservatory, recently installed by yourselves. The whole process was completely painless, due in no small part to the planning and attention to detail put in by yourself.
Harry and the builders, who put in the base, took an obvious pride in their work and took the trouble to keep me up to date with what was happening and what the process was after they completed the base (warn potential customers to make sure their biscuit barrel is fully stocked though!) The conservatory installation team arrived on time and we were surprised at how quick the whole process was then. Everything was left clean and tidy and ready for me to decorate.
Everyone who visits comments on how much bigger the house seems now that the garden is on full view. But as we sit here (warming our feet on the under floor tile heating!) we do have one regret. That we didn’t do it sooner!!
